Dear Project Partner,
We gracefully invite you to join us for the 12th Project Partners Conference which will be held in Dubai, the magnificent boom town in the Middle East!

This time we´re hosting our conference along with the well-known Breakbulk Exhibition Middle East so within one trip you can combine two events! We´re anticipating an even bigger number of participants this year.

February 22nd: Arrival day, WELCOME PARTY @ ca. 7:30 p.m.
February 23rd: starting with the inaugural speech, followed by 1-to-1-meetings.
February 23rd: Dinner Party in the desert (Bab Al Shams Resort)
February 24th: half day 1-to-1 meetings, afternoon leisure day
February 25th: official departure day / optional visit of the Breakbulk Exhibition

Booking Deadline / Cancellation Policy

Register easily in the Partner´s Area, at "oncoming Meetings" (click here)
We are asking for your soonest confirmation, latest January 22nd 2020
Thereafter, registrations are subject to room availability and without price guarantee.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation after the 22nd of January is subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the registration charges, hotel charges are refundable individually as per possible agreement achievable with hotel (means whether the hotel can re-sell the room or not).
